Welcome to Lifestack! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lifestack mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. You must create an account to access certain features of our Services.
2. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are not restricted by any laws from using the Services.

2. User Accounts

1. You may register using your email, Google, or Apple sign-in methods.
2. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your display name, username, email, and profile picture.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

1. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

4. User-Generated Content

1. You retain ownership of the content you create, including posts, articles, stacks, and messages.
2. By uploading content, you grant Lifestack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content publicly as part of the Services.
3. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. All content is passed through an automated content moderation process to flag anything that falls outside our guidelines. If content is flagged by this process or reported by another user, our moderation team will review it promptly and communicate with you via email regarding the outcome.

5. Health Disclaimer

1. Lifestack is not a health professional. Any health routines, tips, or advice shared on the platform are for informational purposes only.
2. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from reliance on content shared on the platform. Always consult a qualified health professional for advice.

6. Payment Terms

1. Certain features of the Services may require payment through in-app purchases via Apple or Google.
2. Refunds are available for mistaken purchases if a refund application is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Pricing and payment terms may be updated, and continued use of the Services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

7. Privacy

1. We collect user-generated health routines (stacks) and other personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
2. Lifestack complies with GDPR regulations regarding the collection and processing of personal data.

8. Notifications

1. By using the Services, you consent to receive push notifications, SMS, and email updates.
2. You can manage notification preferences within the app settings.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content provided by Lifestack, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by Lifestack.
2. You may not use, copy, or modify any intellectual property without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties.
2. Lifestack is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Services, including loss of data or harm caused by health-related content.

2. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
